Freelancer & Contractor Services Association (FCSA) is the UK’s leading membership association for service providers to freelancers and contractors.

FCSA promotes best practice, raising standards, providing resources and support to help their Members and the wider sector succeed.

FCSA have over 60 Members, including umbrella companies, limited company advisors, and self-employed/CIS contractor providers. Members are committed to providing high-quality services to their clients, and we work with them to ensure that they are compliant with all relevant regulations.

This Established service will allow levy-paying Accredited Members to transfer up to 50% of their annual levy funds to smaller businesses to support apprenticeship training.

Before setting up your apprenticeship service account you will need to have :

  1. Your work email;
  2. Your accounts office reference number (AORN) and PAYE scheme reference number; and
  3. Authority to accept the employer agreement on behalf of your organisation .

No, there’s no need to register if you don’t yet have a digital account. Instead, please submit an enquiry, and a member of our team will reach out to arrange an online meeting. During this session, we’ll guide you through the steps to set up your digital account and answer any questions you may have and also support you then registering on the portal.

Upon registration you will receive an email to let you know the team are processing your registration and the next steps in the process.

No, levy transfer is only available in England.

No, currently levy transfer is for apprenticeships only, however we are monitoring the discussions around levy transfer to be available for the new apprenticeship units
